Louboutin heels to her grandmother's brooch, Jacqueline Fernandez has a unique luxe collection
The actress says she likes the liberty of cherishing both the simple and the fine things in life.

A white tee, jeans and heels — this outfit looks anything but basic on the beautiful Jacqueline Fernandez. The Bollywood star is full of energy; after all, she rarely misses a workout. “I would just feel too guilty,” she says. But, thankfully there are some guilty pleasures that this Sri Lankan beauty enjoys:
What does luxury mean to you?
Luxury is being able to do what you want, whenever. It’s not just about the finer things, but having freedom as well.
What has been your most luxurious experience?
Recently I was able to travel with my parents, siblings and extended family, to Sri Lanka. I’m always in Sri Lanka for work and never get to experience my hometown like I did when I was a kid. And to experience it with my parents — it was fantastic after a long time.
What are the must haves in your wardrobe?
I swear by my Lee jeans. I like to wear jeans with a ganji and stilettoes or with a really oversized white shirt and trainers. I love my Christian Louboutin shoes too. A nice watch is a must — I’m a very Cartier kind of girl.
What stamp would you like on your passport next?
It would have to be Japan.
What is on your travel bucket list?
A cruise around the Mediterranean.
The most cherished item in your closet?
A brooch my grandmother gave me. It’s very cute. It’s pearl with other precious stones. It’s a piece of her jewellery so it means the world to me.
The one luxury you’d take to a deserted island?
(Laughs) Does water count? If it’s a luxury item, I would make sure to take my camera with me.
What do you take on a weekend getaway?
An amazing camera and awesome swimwear.
