In this vexing heat, picking what to wear without compromising on style is a challenge, even for a suave dresser like Sunil Kaul. The MD (Asia Pacific) of Leica Camera believes that quality should always trump quantity when it comes to his wardrobe, come shine or snow.

“I would rather spend more but buy fewer things. I used to be fond of names and labels, but now I look at materials. I tend to buy clothes depending on where I live and travel. I choose materials that is good for the body, environment and weather conditions.”

So what’s his ultimate dressing tip for summer?

“Linen is the way to go for me. You can make a lot of different items out of linen — suits, trousers and shirts. Summer means pure cotton and linen.”
