Which is your favourite book?

The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell. It shows how little things can sometimes make a big difference. Gladwell's keen interest in researching human behaviour is fascinating and he seamlessly combines data with storytelling.

Your favourite TV show?

The Crown. A great example of how the 30-something Queen gives an elegant dressing down to the iconic 80-year-old Winston Churchill. Everyone in business should see it to learn how to give feedback.

Your most prized gadget?

My rose gold Apple MacBook. It's ultraportable, superfast and looks gorgeous.

Preferred airline?

Indigo. They fly on time. They took a very simple 'Indian issue' and converted it into a brand promise.

Favourite destination?

Serengeti, Africa. I feel like time stops there.
