LG introduces G3 Beat  smartphone at Rs 25,000
NEW DELHI: LG on Wednesday introduced LG G3 Beat smartphone, priced at Rs 25,000 in the Indian market powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor.

The new smartphone features 5 inch IPS display and comes with 8 MP OIS+ laser auto-focus camera and is based on Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat OS. It will be available from today onwards, the company said in a statement.

The new device comes with 8GB memory and 1GB RAM and micro SD slot and features 2,540mAh battery, and, according to company, it will be available in metallic black, shine gold and silk black colour variants.

The G3 Beat also incorporates LG’s patented unlocking mechanism, Knock Code, a customized locking pattern of three to eight taps, which allows 86,000 possible combinations to wake and unlock the smartphone.

"The LG G3 Beat represents our commitment to the mid-tier smartphone market that demands mature technology, proven performance, great innovation and an attractive price, all in a single device," LG Electronics India MD Swoon Koon said.
