Check out this easy recipe by Chef Harsh Parekh of Fort 001 restaurant in Mumbai to tantalise your taste buds:
Ingredients:
Broccoli: 6 pcs
Cashew: 80 GMS
Cheese: 160 GMS
Elaichi powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Salt: To taste
Chaat Masala: ½ tea spoon
Yellow Chilli powder: ½ tea spoon
Kasturi Methi: ½ tea spoon
Water for boiling broccoli
- Boil the broccoli in water by adding only one tea spoon salt.
- Further add salt, elaichi, kasturi methi, yellow chilli powder & chaat masala to the paste.
- Marinate the boiled broccoli with the paste.
- Add butter on tray and put proportional lumps of Broccoli in the tray.
- Finally put the tray in the oven for roasting.
- Fix the temperature between 200-250°C
And the Kebabs are ready to savour.
