Leonardo DiCaprio sells his Malibu home

The Wolf of Wall Street star Leonardo DiCaprio has sold his stunning Malibu Beach house for $17.35 million (Rs 105 crore). The Oscar-nominated actor originally placed a $23 million (Rs 139 crore) asking price on the oceanfront property, which is located in the star-stocked Malibu Colony community.

The private property includes three separate buildings - a four-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guesthouse, and a loft with an extra bedroom, a gym and an office. Outdoor features of the Cape Cod-style home include a beach-facing deck, a jacuzzi, a spa, fire pit, gardens and lawn.

Leo bought the beachfront property in 2002, paying $6 million (Rs 36.3 crore). While on the market, the luxurious estate was rented out monthly with the price tag of $175,000 (Rs 1 crore) during the summer.
