Lady Gaga letting mother plan her wedding to fiance Taylor Kinney

LONDON: Pop star Lady Gaga says she is letting her mother and her female relatives organise her wedding to fiance Taylor Kinney.

Planning for the 29-year-old singer-and-actress' nuptials are well underway and her mother Cindy and the other women in her family are taking leading roles, reported Female First.

"I think if I wouldn't let my mom do this with all of us and my family - I think if I would've denied the women of my life the planning of the wedding - they would probably kill me. I have all the help in the world in a way!"

The "Born This Way" hitmaker said the wedding is going to be low-key.

"We are not planning anything that is worth writing about," the singer said.

Gaga and 34-year-old Kinney got engaged last Valentine's Day.
