Kylie Jenner-starrer thriller ‘Bachelorette Weekend’, produced by Kim Kardashian, nears series deal with Hulu: What's the plot?

Kylie Jenner is set to headline and executive produce Bachelorette Weekend, a thriller drama that is currently finalizing a deal for a straight-to-series order at the Hulu streaming service, Deadline reported. This will mark the first major acting role for Jenner, who is following in the footsteps of older sister Kim Kardashian. Bachelorette Weekend, which is a working title, is being executive produced by Jenner alongside Kardashian.

What is Bachelorette Weekend about

Bachelorette Weekend, created by author and screenwriter Lauren Oliver, is releasing under the banner of Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment. The show is about a bachelorette weekend that turns deadly when the bride winds up dead in the pool, and all her closest friends become suspects. Jenner’s character has been described as pivotal to the series, as she pieces together the events leading to the murder.

The upcoming series has been executive produced by Jenner, Kardashian, Oliver, and Kaplan. Jaiden Kaplan serves as co-executive producer. Kapital Entertainment is the co-studio, along with 20th Television. Bachelorette Weekend is based on an unpublished book authored by Flora Collins, that was developed by Oliver’s IP packaging company StoryGiants. The TV adaptation has been written by Oliver.

Jenner's acting credits
