Kolkata Knight Riders garner 1 million followers on Twitter
The Knight Riders started their title defence in IPL-8 with a win over Mumbai Indians but suffered a defeat in their second game against RCB.

KOLKATA: Indian Premier League's ( IPL) defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders now have one million followers on twitter.
KKR's CEO Venky Mysore confirmed the news. "Another milestone for @KKRiders 1 M followers! Can't thank all our fans and followers enough. #Go4More," Mysore wrote on the team's twitter handle.
"1 Million KKRians on twittera" was the topic trending on the social network site today.
