Director Karan Johar, on Monday, was seen living a fanboy moment when he bumped into 'Game Of Thrones' producers David Benioff and D. B. Weiss at the 47th International Emmy Awards in New York. The 'Lust Stories' director, who opted for a stunning Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo, took to Twitter to post about the same.

The 47-year-old shared a still with the 'GoT' makers and revealed how honoured he felt to share a frame with the 'prolific producers', whose show came to an end earlier this year in May.

"Honoured to have met the #GOT #GameofThrones prolific producers! David Benoif and D. B Weiss At the @iemmys," he wrote on Twitter.

KJO was present at the award ceremony as his Netflix original series 'Lust Stories' had earned a nomination in the TV Movie/Mini-Series category. The show, however, lost the winning trophy to 'Safe Harbour'.

Johar wasn't the only one who made India proud at the International Emmys. He was accompanied by fellow directors of 'Lust Stories', Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap and Dibakar Banerjee and actress Radhika Apte, who earned a Best Actress award nomination for the same series but could not come home victorious.

Apte's colourful illusionary outfit proved headturner at the event, just like Kashyap who opted for a desi look in a sherwani.
