Kishore Biyani advises entrepreneurs to read the 'The Alchemist'

Paulo Coelho's bestseller The Alchemist, is an expanded version of Shah Rukh Khan's popular dialogue from the movie, Om Shanti Om. Loosely translated, the dialogue and the book's theme are: if you want something badly enough, the universe will conspire to make it happen.

If you believe in that adage, you'll find company in Kishore Biyani, group CEO of Future Group. Recently, at an industry event, Biyani was taking questions from the audience. He was asked by an aspiring entrepreneur on how one can find big money to fund big ideas.

Biyani opted for a philosophical answer. "You simply start and people will follow. Read the book, The Alchemist. Every journey of your life, someone will come and help you."
