Vijay Deverakonda's action drama Kingdom, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, is now streaming on Netflix in multiple languages, including Hindi as Saamrajya. The film follows Suri's mission to Sri Lanka to find his brother and clash with a drug cartel....

Where to stream Kingdom online?
The film will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Due to title-related issues, the Hindi version will be released under the name Saamrajya. Starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role, Kingdom features him as Suri, a constable-turned-spy who is sent on a high-risk mission to Sri Lanka to track down his long-lost brother Siva, played by Satyadev. The mission turns complicated when Suri finds himself clashing with the ruthless drug cartel run by Murugan (played by Venkitesh), the son of cartel king Odiyappan.Alongside him is Dr. Madhu, portrayed by Bhagyashri Borse, who assists Suri and gradually forms an emotional bond with him. Despite a strong promotional campaign and high expectations from Vijay Deverakonda’s fans, the film received mixed reviews and managed to collect Rs 82.02 crore at the box office worldwide. While some praised its action sequences and performances, others felt the storyline lacked depth.

Besides this, Kingdom also sparked controversy over its depiction of Sri Lankan Tamils. The political party Naam Thamizhar Katchi (NTK) staged protests in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), tearing down posters and halting screenings. Protesters claimed the film portrayed the Tamil community unfairly and demanded a ban.
