Kill OTT release date: Watch Raghav Juyal's A-rated action-thriller. Check plot, cast

After making waves at the box office and earning critical acclaim, the high-octane action thriller Kill is now set to make its Indian OTT debut. Disney Plus Hotstar has officially announced that the film, starring Lakshya, Tanya Maniktala, and Raghav Juyal, will premiere on the platform on September 6, 2024. While the Hindi version is confirmed, fans are still waiting for updates on the Telugu dubbed release.

Despite stiff competition from blockbuster hits like Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD, Kill held its ground in theaters, impressing audiences with its intense action sequences and gripping storyline. However, while it received positive reviews, the film didn't achieve the box office success it deserved, making its OTT release highly anticipated among fans of the genre.

Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill is a relentless action-packed film inspired by true events. Backed by Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, the movie marks Lakshya's feature film debut and features a powerful ensemble cast, including Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, and Abhishek Chauhan. The film’s intense score, composed by Ketan Sodha, adds to its thrilling atmosphere.



Kill premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2023, where it was the first runner-up for the People's Choice Award in the Midnight Madness category. It also had a successful screening at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2024.

The film's plot centers around Amrit Rathod, an NSG commando who embarks on a perilous journey to save his girlfriend Tulika from an unwanted arranged marriage. As they travel aboard a New Delhi-bound train, their journey takes a dark turn when a gang of knife-wielding bandits, led by the ruthless Fani, begins terrorizing the passengers. With the odds stacked against them, Amrit and his friend Viresh must battle the deadly gang in a brutal fight for survival.
