‘KGF: Chapter 2’ Hindi version beats ‘RRR’, crosses Rs 400 cr mark
The Hindi version of ‘RRR’ has a lifetime collection of Rs 261.23 crore.

The Yash-starrer was released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi across a whopping 10,000 screens worldwide. ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ has garnered both commercial success and overwhelming love from fans in all languages.
The Hindi version of the high-octane action movie crossed Rs 400 crore mark at the box-office. The film achieved an astounding figure despite the ongoing IPL frenzy. With this, the film has overtaken SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘RRR’ starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan. ‘RRR’ was hailed for becoming the first film to gross over Rs 1,000 crore amid the pandemic. However, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ which has already crossed Rs 1,000 crore at the box-office is on its way to overtaking the fantasy drama.
Noted film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the development. He said that he is expecting another power-packed weekend ahead.

The action movie from the Kannada film industry has not only overshadowed ‘RRR’ but has also emerged as a highly profitable film.
