Kaun Banega Crorepati’ Season 14 is springing up with more and more surprises. Amitabh Bachchan’s easy charm and the unusual mix of contestants, make 'KBC' one of the most viewed quiz shows in the history of Indian television.

While in an earlier episode a contestant made Big B repay a debt from 1977, the most recent episode witnessed a contestant celebrating victory in the most unusual way. Contestant Dr Vijay Gupta who was overjoyed took off his shirt, hoisted it up in the air, and hurled it at the audience.

The promos of the episode shows Gupta hugging his wife and running around the stage. While it may seem like Gupta had won a jackpot, however, Gupta, a resident of Vadodara in Gujarat had won the fastest finger first round. His uncontained joy led him to remove his shirt and run around the stage.

The 49-year-old doctor’s surprising act led to laughter and applause among the audience. Big B later asked the excited contestant to put on his shirt. Gupta is later seen adjusting his mic backstage. After he returns to the hot seat, Gupta dedicates his journey to his late parents, wife, son and friends.
Big B in his usual affable way welcomes the contestant and quips that now KBC has made a new rule. Bachchan Sr goes on to say that any player who removes their clothes will be penalised.

While Gupta made quite an entrance to the show, he was unable to secure a handsome price money. The Pediatrician from Vadodara only managed to take home Rs 10,000 from the quiz.
