Sweet beginnings! Katrina Kaif cooks for 'chaunka chadana' ritual, husband Vicky Kaushal calls it ‘best halwa ever’

Katrina was mighty pleased with her cooking skills.
Katrina Kaif is taking her new role of a Punjabi bahu very seriously and following all the post-wedding rituals with much enthusiasm it seems. The actress, who returned to Mumbai on Tuesday, after a short honeymoon at an undisclosed location, with husband Vicky Kaushal cooked suji halwa today for her Chaunka Chadana ritual, and needless to say, Kaushal seems to be very impressed by her cooking skills.

Chaunka chardhana.” She added a smiley emoticon to her post as well. Following this, Kaushal also posted a photo of the halwa and wrote, ‘best halwa ever’ and added several kissing emojis in his Instagram story.
Vicky Kaushal was obviously very impressed with Kat's cooking skills.
Kaif and Kaushal tied the knot at Fort Barwara's Six Senses Resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, on December 9. Despite speculations among media and fans, the couple who started dating in 2019, remained tight-lipped about their relationship as well as about their wedding preparations. Their wedding and pre-wedding ceremonies like roka, sangeet and mehendi night were private affairs with just close friends and respective families in attendance.
Although the media had little to no access to their wedding venue, the couple and their family members have since the wedding shared many photos to give a glimpse at the beautiful and lavish wedding the two Bollywood lovebirds had. On the day of the wedding, Kaif wore a Sabyasachi red bridal lehenga while Kaushal donned a silk white sherwani.
