The stage is set! A fort resort in Sawai Madhopur decked up for Katrina-Vicky wedding; couple make a grand entry with friends & family

Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal landed in Jaipur on Monday night for their grand wedding which is being held at a palace resort in Rajasthan's Sawai Madhopur district.

The couple was accompanied by eight others. The group arrived at the Jaipur airport in a chartered flight. The grand hush-hush wedding is scheduled to take off from today in a fort which has been converted into a luxury hotel in Sawai Madhopur.

The wedding functions will take place from December 7 till December 9 at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Chauth Ka Barwara town of Sawai Madhopur.


Before the arrival of the couple, several other guests, some from Kaif and Kaushal's family, reached Jaipur earlier in the day through different flights.

The soon-to-be bride and groom, Kaif and Kaushal were snapped at the airport in Mumbai as they were leaving for Rajasthan.

The actress was dressed in yellow traditional attire, while the 'Uri' star donned an-off yellow shirt and khakhi pants.

For the lush wedding of the year, strict security arrangements have been made in and around the hotel.

Reports of Kaif, 38, and Kaushal, 33, dating have been doing the rounds for over a year, but the two actors never went public with their relationship.

According to a report, A meeting of the district administration officials was held Friday to discuss the law-and-order arrangements for four days during Kaif and Kaushal's wedding.

Keeping the Covid situation in mind, the guest list for the wedding has been trimmed to 120 people. It is mandatory to carry negative RT PCR test for those who aren't vaccinated.
