Kartik Aaryan's action thriller 'Freddy' to release directly on OTT

Known for his annual Diwali parties, film producer Ramesh Taurani and his wife Varsha organised a pre-Diwali party at their Bandra house on October 19. From Vicky-Katrina leaving us in complete awe to Shilpa Shetty making a stunning entry in a festive piece, the Tauranis’ Diwali bash was attended by several A-listers from B-town. As Tauranis’ party clashed with Kriti Sanon’s, many celebs were seen attending both gatherings.

Bollywood star couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal were adorable as they made a grand entry at the Tauranis. Kaif dazzled in a red lehenga, while the ‘Uri’ actor looked dapper in a monochrome kurta-pajama with a long jacket.

Riteish-Genelia opted for shades of blue for the event. The ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’ actress was a stunner in her sparkling blue lehenga, while her better-half chose a blue-and-white kurta-pajama with a matching Nehru-cut jacket.

The ‘Mimi’ actress, Kriti Sanon, on October 19 held a Diwali party with several high-profile celebrities in attendance including Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal, Aditya Roy Kapur, Vaani Kapoor, Karan Johar, Neha Dhupia, Ayushmann Khurrana, and others.

Bollywood diva Ananya Panday upped the glam quotient in a golden lehenga. The actress completed her look with a simple bun, and sleek diamond necklace and earrings. She was all smiles at the party.

At famed fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s October 20 bash, it was a Bollywood special. The guest list included Kajol, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karisma Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Khushi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and others. For the bash, Katrina wore a simple saree, paired with a heavy blouse. Aishwarya, on the other hand, looked stunning in an elegant pink kurta set.

On the other side of the city, actress Taapsee Pannu celebrated new beginnings as a producer with her production house ‘Outsiders Film’ by hosting a Diwali party on October 20. The party was attended by industry friends such as Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, Rakul Preet Singh and boyfriend Jaccky Bhagnani, Saqib Saleen and many others.

‘Badhaai Ho’ actress Bhumi Pednekar on October 21 threw a pre-Diwali bash where many celebrities marked their attendance including Rajkummar Rao and wife Patralekha, Rakul Preet Singh. However, the highlight of the grand party was stolen by the star kids Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, Nysa Devgn, etc.

This year too, producer Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali party was all things classy. From Shilpa and Shamita Shetty to Ananya Panday, celebrities picked the finest sartorial choice for the gala event on October 22. Arpita Khan Sharma, Disha Patani, Alaya F were a few who made heads turn.

Bollywood continued with its week-long Diwali festivities with film producer Anand Pandit’s party on Saturday evening. The bash started with Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan’s entry in a printed silk kurta and pyjama. Several other stars including Anupam Kher, Hrithik Roshan, Ajay devgan, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon were also among the guests.

Akshay Kumar donned a heavily embroidered ivory kurta and churidar pyjamas. Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan attended the party in a black embroidered kurta and pyjama set styled with matching dress shoes and his signature back-swept hairdo.
