Karolina Levitt, the former mouthpiece of US President Donald Trump, recently took to Instagram to chat directly with her 3.1 million followers for a casual “Ask Me Anything” session. On Wednesday, October 14, the ex-White House Press Secretary goes candid on how it was to work with the President, her relationship with her husband Nicholas Riccio, with whom she has an astounding 32-year age gap, and shares dating advice for “girls in age-gap relationships.”

“I am traveling all day so I have some time on my hands…ask away!” Leavitt, now 29, who will be joining Fox News as an on-air contributor from next month, wrote in a post. She answered the questions with a mix of short written and video responses.

A woman, who has a 15-year age gap with her husband, apparently asked about dating advice for “girls in age-gap relationships”. In reply, she advised her to “Forget the haters,” and follow their heart.

Leavitt continued, sharing a picture with Riccio, a New Hampshire real estate developer, whom she first met in 2022. “He’s the absolute best husband and dad in the world. Everyone gets why we are together when they actually meet him and see us together.”

She maintained her love and respect for her 80-year-old commander-in-chief. “Yes! He’s the best boss,” Leavitt replied.

“People don’t see this side of him because the media doesn’t show it, but he has been nothing but kind and uplifting to me, even since departing,” she continued the praise. “He’s also hilarious. Love him!”

Leavitt, who was also the youngest person to serve as the White House press secretary, announced her resignation in August this year because she needed more time to spend with her family since the birth of her daughter.

“Serving as the White House Press Secretary over the past year and a half has been the honor and adventure of a lifetime,” she wrote while announcing the resignation in an August 12 X post.

“The truth is since returning to the White House after the birth of my daughter, I have felt in my heart that I cannot be the best mom my two young children deserve while devoting the constant time, energy, and attention required of the White House Press Secretary — and that is why I have ultimately made the bittersweet decision to depart the White House and embark on a new chapter in my life,” she wrote in the long post.
