The residential unit, situated in the prestigious Grand Bay Condominium on Hill Road, Bandra West, was officially registered in November 2025, according to property documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The transaction required a stamp duty payment of Rs 17,100 and registration fees of Rs 1,000, along with a security deposit of Rs 20 lakh.


Square Yards’ records indicate that this same property had been leased previously in November 2023 under a two-year rental agreement. The rent at that time was Rs 5 lakh per month in the first year, increasing to Rs 5.25 lakh in the second year, with a total lease value of Rs 1.23 crore.
