According to her, consistent habits, structured workouts, and wholesome meals formed the backbone of her fitness journey rather than extreme food restrictions.

During a detailed chat with The Lallantop, renowned nutrition expert Rujuta Diwekar, who has guided Kareena’s diet plan for a long period, shed light on the star’s day-to-day eating routine. Rujuta, who stands firmly for uncomplicated, home-style meals rather than exotic, overhyped foods, revealed that Kareena regularly enjoys one of her all-time comfort dishes—aloo paratha.

Rujuta explained that the actor begins her morning with aloo paratha, opts for dal paired with rice during midday meals, and winds down her evenings with simple fare such as khichdi, pulao, or roti with vegetables. She emphasized that eating with a calm mind and genuine enjoyment plays a major role in maintaining well-being, adding that weight often stems from stress and anxiety rather than foods like parathas.

She also offered insights into Alia Bhatt’s eating habits. According to Rujuta, Alia starts her day with chaas and soaked raisins, chooses jowar rotis with vegetables in the afternoon, and prefers dal with rice or a light khichdi for her night meal. She described Alia’s choices as deeply nourishing and balanced.
