The Great Indian Kapil Show team is all set to host a lively episode featuring the stars of the thriller Do Patti. Special guests Kajol Devgan, Kriti Sanon, Shaheer Sheikh, and writer Kanika Dhillon are welcomed to ‘Kap’s Café’ for an evening filled with humor and banter. Kapil, arriving in his cart with Kajol and Kriti, quips, “One is someone I’ve admired since my college days, and the other has admired me since hers.” He then invites them to settle in and join him.

As the conversation begins, Kapil points out that Do Patti brings many “firsts.” Kriti is trying her hand at a double role, while Kajol is stepping into the role of a cop for the first time. Kriti playfully asks Kajol, “How did you never play a cop before, despite having Singham at home?” Kapil then turns to Kriti, asking how challenging it was to play two characters. Kriti explains, “The biggest challenge was that, unlike older films where the double roles meet only at the climax, here I’m acting with myself in nearly 70-80% of my scenes. It was tough to do the same scenes twice, each with a distinct style and mood.”

Kapil then welcomes Shaheer Sheikh and Kanika Dhillon to the stage. He teases Shaheer, asking if he’s romancing two Kritis in the movie. Shaheer confirms, “Aisa hi kuch hai,” to which Kapil responds, “Look at Shaheer’s luck—his first film with two Kritis, alongside Kajol, and now he’s met me too!” Shaheer humbly says he feels lucky, while Kriti and Kanika joke that he joined the film just for a chance to meet Kapil.

Kapil goes on to reveal, “Shaheer has even starred in an international film, and rumor has it they call him ‘Indonesia ka Shah Rukh Khan.’ Is that true?” Shaheer nods, saying, “Yes, sometimes they call me that. SRK is a huge star there, so much so that India is synonymous with Shah Rukh Khan. After doing a show and some films in Indonesia, people started referring to me as ‘Indonesia Ka Shah Rukh Khan.’”
