Kannada film 'Male' release delayed again
Prem-Amulya starrer "Male", being directed by Tejas, was slated to release this weekend. But the maker R Chandru has pushed the release.

"My film has been ready for release for a while, but there have been a slew of big-ticket films and I've compromised with a delay for too long. This time, though, when the makers requested us, we agreed and we have now decided to hit the screens at the end of this month," says Chandru, adding, "Someone had told me that it would prove lucky if I release the film in July-August and I am glad circumstances have led to exactly that."
The filmmaker also says that this film is special for him because they have slogged it out over two weeks to ensure they didn't miss out on the natural ambience required for the film. "We waited patiently for the rains, greenery and summer to capture the mood required for the film naturally. The best bit is the fact that we will be releasing in the middle of the monsoons, which will add to the effect of the story , since rain plays the third lead in the film along with Prem and Amulya," says Chandru.
