Property Details and Controversy
The bungalow, located in the prestigious Pali Hill area, spans a plot size of 285 square meters with a construction area of 3042 square feet. The property includes a 500 square foot parking space and offers ample space and elegant design across its three levels.In September 2020, the BMC demolished parts of Kangana's office, alleging illegal extensions. The demolition was halted after a stay order from the Bombay High Court, which later ruled that the BMC's actions were "actuated by malafide" and disregarded Kangana's rights. Kangana initially sought ₹2 crore in damages but later withdrew her demand.
