Kangana Ranaut's lavish bungalow in Mumbai's Pali Hill is reportedly up for sale for a staggering Rs 40 crore. The bungalow, which became a topic of controversy in 2020 after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) partially demolished it for alleged illegal construction, is now being showcased in a new video by Code Estate on YouTube.

A Tour of Kangana's Luxurious Property

Kangana's office for Manikarnika Films, designed by Shabnam Gupta, features an elegant wooden staircase, a spacious main workplace, a cozy editing studio, a discussion area, and a conference room. The second floor includes a large meeting area, while the mezzanine zone offers additional seating. The property also boasts a bathroom equipped with a shower, wardrobe, and dressing area.

The bungalow is designed to evoke the charm of a Parisian café with Indian touches. French doors adorned with sheer blinds, custom furniture from Rajasthan, exposed ceiling beams, and patches of greenery enhance the serene ambiance of the workspace.

Property Details and Controversy

The bungalow, located in the prestigious Pali Hill area, spans a plot size of 285 square meters with a construction area of 3042 square feet. The property includes a 500 square foot parking space and offers ample space and elegant design across its three levels.

In September 2020, the BMC demolished parts of Kangana's office, alleging illegal extensions. The demolition was halted after a stay order from the Bombay High Court, which later ruled that the BMC's actions were "actuated by malafide" and disregarded Kangana's rights. Kangana initially sought ₹2 crore in damages but later withdrew her demand.

Reports indicate that Kangana, who spends most of her time in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh due to her political career, is planning to sell the property. Although Kangana has not commented on the development, the video by Code Estate strongly suggests that her bungalow is indeed on the market.
