Kangana Ranaut to make her debut in politics! ‘Queen’ star’s father says she will contest Lok Sabha elections in ‘24
The 'Tanu Weds Manu' star hinted at making her debut in the big bad world of politics in November.

As per a News18 report, the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ star is planning to contest the Lok Sabha elections in 2024.
In an interview with the news portal, Ranaut’s father Amardeep confirmed that she will indeed be contesting elections next year through through BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), although the party has not yet revealed where she will be contesting from.
Speculations about Ranaut’s possible debut in the world of politics spread like wildfire on social media after the ‘Queen’ star met BJP National President JP Nadda at his residence in Kullu.
The actress hinted at her political ambitions in November. When asked if she would venture into politics, she told reporters, “Shri Krishna ki kripa rahi to ladenge (If Lord Krishna blesses, I will fight).”
On the work front, the actress was last seen in the aerial drama ‘Tejas’. It went on to be a box-office disaster. She would next be seen in the political drama ‘Emergency’ in the role of India’s former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The movie also marks her second directorial venture after the period drama ‘Manikarnika’.
