Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday said that she has tested negative for Covid-19, and also shared some home remedies that helped her recover from the virus.
In a post on Instagram, the 34-year-actress said that she didn't talk much about her Covid-19 journey because she did not want to offend the "Covid fan club". However, she claims that her sister Rangoli Chandel convinced her to speak up and not pay heed to haters.
In a five-minute-long video, Ranaut spoke on the physical, mental and emotional well-being during Covid-19. She also elaborated that meditation, herbal homemade brews and steam inhalation every day helped her recover.
"The first thing one needs to do is not be scared. When there's fear, you intensify the power of your enemy inside your head, then that fear takes control. Every problem has a solution. So identify the problem - is it external or internal?" the actress is seen saying in the video.
The 'Queen' actress also adds that during Covid, one can experience different kinds of emotions depending on whether they are feeling elevation or drop in their energy.

In an earlier post revealing that she has tested positive for the virus, Ranaut had called Covid a “small time flu which got too much press”. The post, which was eventually taken down by Instagram, invited a lot of criticism from people who called the actress “insensitive” and slammed her for spreading misinformation. However, in a follow-up Instagram Story, the actress hit out at Instagram and said that her post was deleted as she “threatened to demolish Covid.”
Ranaut shifted base to Instagram after being suspended byTwitter for her remarks on the West Bengal violence. On May 4, Twitter released a statement informing that the 'Fashion' star, who had over three million followers on the micro-blogging site, has been permanently banned for violating the rules. Ranaut had slammed the move calling it "death of democracy".

When Ranaut ranted against the ways of Bollywood, she didn't expect an army of angry critics slamming her for seeking "attention". She was pretty upset when women didn't come out in support of her, especially after the actress claimed to be a "feminist". As a result, the 'Fashion' star started a whole new battle, this time, with the feminists or "suicidal snowflake feminist', as she called them.

Ranaut locked horns with Indian Police Service officer D Roopa Moudgil over the latter’s comments on bursting firecrackers on Diwali, calling her a "shame in the name of police force" and demanding her suspension. The spat, which was originally between the officer and a Twitter handle - True Indology - over the connection behind firecrackers and Diwali, saw the actress providing her inputs.
