Kangana Ranaut hits out at Hrithik Roshan after imposter FIR transferred to crime branch, says he's unable to move on

This one is probably one of the nastiest verbal (and legal) spat that tinsel town has witnessed in recent years. Both Roshan and Ranaut were allegedly dating and had split soon. But that didn’t stop them from washing their dirty linen in public. Controversy broke out after Kangana was ousted from the cast of ‘Aashiqui 3’, reportedly, at the behest of Hrithik. Soon after in an interview, she lashed out, saying that “exes do a lot of silly things to grab attention”.

Soon, Roshan served Ranaut with a legal notice, asking Kangana to apologise at a press conference for calling him the ‘silly ex’. That was when Kangana served Hrithik with a counter notice. Things took a turn for the worse when Hrithik alleged that Kangana had sent him endless mails, most of which were ‘senseless, personal, and absurd’.

The ‘Krishh 3’ actor also alleged that Ranaut had Asperger’s syndrome that makes her imagine things. In 2017, when the chatter about the two had died down, Ranaut appeared on a popular TV channel for an interview and made shocking claims about Roshan.

The saga continued as people picked sides. That was when Hrithik broke his silence and appeared in select TV shows to share his side of the story. Will the controversy between the two celebs die anytime soon? Only time will tell.

The cold war between Bollywood biggies Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi is probably the longest feud tinsel town has witnessed. Back in the late ‘90s, Salman Khan was allegedly dating Aishwarya Rai. However, the rumour mills were running overtime, suggesting that all was not rosy between the two.

Rai allegedly sought refuge in Oberoi and was seen attending events with him. That was when in 2003, Oberoi called the infamous press conference where the actor revealed that he was receiving life threatening calls from Salman Khan over his intimacy with Aishwarya.

After the press conference, Oberoi’s career took a hit. He was deserted by his friends and since then, has tried making peace overtures towards Salman.

Salman Khan is one actor who is known for being opinionated and has, as a result, ruffled feathers of several members of the film fraternity. It all began in 2014 when Salman Khan was hosting an award show. Arijit Singh was in attendance and was nominated for the ‘Best Male Playback Singer’.

The actor had reportedly fallen asleep and when he got up, he went to receive the award in casuals. Salman was offended as a result. Arijit later clarified in an interview that he was in casuals because he had a flight to catch and had dozed off because of the same reason.

In 2017, Arijit issued a public apology to Salman, requesting him to not remove his version of ‘Jag Ghoomeya’ from his film ‘Sultan’. However, Khan was in no mood to forgive the singer.

If someone asks you if you have seen ‘that episode’ of ‘Koffee with Karan’, in all probability, they are referring to this one. Actresses Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor spilled some beans on the infamous Koffee couch when they appeared together on Karan Johar’s controversial show in 2010.

From criticising columnist Shobhaa De to talking candidly about plastic surgeries, the duo had some rather controversial things to say, especially about Ranbir Kapoor whom both had allegedly dated at different points in time. Ranbir and Deepika had allegedly split after dating for a while.

The Bollywood divas claimed that the ‘Sanju’ star is not good boyfriend material and also implied that he had been unfaithful in relationships.

When the episode aired, Ranbir’s parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor were reportedly upset with Sonam and Deepika over their comments. However, the actors seemed to have buried the hatchet as Ranbir has shared screen space with both Deepika and Sonam in subsequent years.

The once-best-friends hit a rough patch in 2016 when Karan Johar’s film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ clashed with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’ at the box office. However, that was not the root cause of the conflict. In his memoir, ‘The Unsuitable Boy’, K.Jo talked his heart out about his friendship with Kajol.

“I don’t have a relationship with Kajol anymore. We’ve had a fallout. Something happened that disturbed me deeply which I will not talk about because it’s something that I like to protect and feel it would not be fair to her or to me. After two and half decades, Kajol and I don’t talk at all. We just acknowledge each other, say ‘hello’ and walk past,” Johar wrote in his book.

Shedding light on the matter, Johar said that the conflict wasn’t as much between him and Kajol but between him and Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgn.

However, it seems that all is well between the Kajol and K.Jo as the two have now patched up. Both Kajol and Ajay Devgn appeared on the last season of ‘Koffee With Karan’ and discussed their feud.

If you know anything about Kangana Ranaut, you probably know that Hrithik Roshan is not the only Bollywood bigwig the actress has locked horns with. In 2016, Ranaut single-handedly sparked a raging debate in the country on nepotism, by calling Karan Johar a flag-bearer of the same on his own show.

In 2017, she also clashed with Varun Dhawan, Saif Ali Khan and (surprise, surprise) Karan Johar when the trio chanted ‘nepotism rocks!’ at an award show. Kangana wrote an open letter in response to the same and Johar went on to issue an unconditional apology.

What’s more? Kangana also went on record to slam Alia Bhatt’s performance in ‘Gully Boy’ back in 2019. Ranaut reportedly called her performance ‘mediocre’. Bhatt responded by saying that she respects Kangana’s work and said she would continue to work hard.
