Kangana Ranaut congratulates music maestro Ricky Kej for his 3rd Grammy win
The Bengaluru based composer is the youngest Indian to have won a Grammy.

The normally eloquent ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ star decided to keep it short and sweet this time around. Taking to Twitter, she retweeted his post after winning the award, along with the caption, "Congratulations, sir.” She also dropped a bunch of emojis, including the national flag. Her post gained more than 42K views and 887 likes.

A prolific composer, his vast repertoire of work includes no less than sixteen studio albums, jingle bells, and music composed for over 3500 advertisements, and four feature films. He has also composed the soundtrack for the 2019 wildlife and natural history documentary ‘Wild Karnataka’ narrated by Sir David Attenborough. He also came up with the music for the 2011 Cricket World Cup opening ceremony held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Kej is passionate about environmental issues and conservation. His album ‘Shanti Samsara- World Music For Environmental Consciousness’ was launched on 2015 at the United Nations Climate Change Conference by PM Narendra Modi.
