'Kahaani 2' preview: Vidya Balan seems to have taken it a step up

If the recently released trailer of 'Kahaani 2' is anything to go by, it seems the mystery element has been upped with the central character, Durga Rani Singh ( Vidya Balan) being accused of murder.

When it comes to emotions, the actress has broadened her repertoire with mind-numbing expressions.

Produced and directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the film promises a lot more suspense and mystery than its predecessor.

The film also stars Arjun Rampal, who essays the role of a cop, and is scheduled for release on 2nd December.

Written by Ghosh and Suresh Nair, it is a sequel to the 2012 hit, 'Kahaani' that opened to huge critical acclaim.

With under a month to go for its release, the movie has been garnering a lot of attention for its hit Vidya-Sujoy pair.

The 'Kahaani' series is inspired by Satyajit Ray's iconic ' Feluda' detective series. Rumours about a third film have already started doing the rounds.

Will it live up to all the hype? We can only wait and watch.
