Join the Fold on May 10! Google to launch Pixel Fold at Google I/O 2023, its 1st foldable smartphone
Though Google hasn't revealed much about the upcoming smartphone which is the company's first foldable device, the Internet has been buzzing for a while with reports revealing some of the key details about the Pixel Fold.

The tech giant Google has confirmed the launch of its first foldable smartphone, the Pixel Fold ahead of Google I/O on May 10. Google teased the launch with a small video that shows off a full-size outer display on a smartphone that opens up just like Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold phone.
Though Google hasn't revealed much about the upcoming smartphone which is the company's first foldable device, the Internet has been buzzing for a while with reports revealing some of the key details about the Pixel Fold.
Now looking at the phone's glimpses in the teaser video, we can expect the Google Pixel to feature the camera bar on the back in similar fashion as Google did with its other Pixel smartphones. So we can expect not much of a change with the camera layout of the upcoming phone.
However, it's notable how the camera bar on the Pixel Fold doesn't stick out too prominently. The Pixel Fold will likely sport a sleek smooth design with round edges.

Experts from the tech world expected Google to introduce the foldable smartphone last year during I/O 2022, but the device was nowhere to be seen.
However, that did not stop the speculations and leaks from making the rounds of social media.
The Pixel Fold will likely be a top-shelf premium device with a smooth foldable design that turns the phone into a tablet. Now all eyes are on Google I/O 2023.
