LOS ANGELES: Joan Rivers left $150 million fortune to family, friends, staff and charities.

According to a copy of the will, Rivers named her daughter Melissa, her longtime business manager Michael D Karlin and interior designer Robert Higdon as the co-executors of her estate, reported Ace Showbiz.

She left Melissa all of her tangible property along with other beneficiaries including her grandson Edgar Cooper Endicott, her niece and nephew Caroline Waxler and Andrew Waxler.

Rivers also left sums to her close staff and friends including assistants Jocelyn Pickett and Sabrina Lott Miller and publicist Scott Currie.

A brief mention of an upcoming medical malpractice suit over Rivers' death is made in the legal filing.

Rivers died on September 4.
