Jill Wagner is set to appear in the upcoming holiday movie A Very Arctic Christmas, her latest film with Cameron Mathison. She plays Jane, a wildlife conservationist who helps a father and daughter after they get stranded in an Arctic town during a Christmas cruise. The film premieres on Great American Pure Flix on October 29 and on Great American Family on October 31, 2026.

Why she lives in a farmhouse?

Wagner's on-screen life is filled with action, adventure and high-stakes missions. But away from the camera, the Lioness star prefers a slower pace. She lives with her husband and two daughters on a Tennessee farm in a town of around 800 people, where horse-drawn buggies are part of everyday life.

She explained to Fox News Digital, "I love the people here but especially love the small-town mentality."


She highlighted how the small-town atmosphere became an essential part of their children’s life. The kind of life she and her husband want to provide them.

"I was at the post office this morning and one of the Mennonites was in front of me. I got to look at their horse and buggy," she added.

The actress hopes that her daughters will cherish this kind of slow life someday, even after they move to bigger cities.

Who is Jill Wagner's husband David Lemanowicz?

Jill Wagner is married to the former professional hockey avid player, David Lemanowicz. The couple got engaged in 2016 and married in April 2017.

Wagner’s family also owns Scott Mansion Farms, where they host charity events for causes including the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and Dolly Parton’s Children’s Hospital.
