Jessica Alba shares business tips after her company's immense success

LONDON: Actress Jessica Alba can't believe that her Honest company is proving so successful, because it was a pipe dream for so many years.

The 34-year-old actress founded the brand in 2011, and the company was valued at USD 1.7 billion in 2015.

But mother-of-two still finds it hard to believe that her pipe dream became reality, reported Femalefirst.

"It's amazing. I pinch myself; I still can't even believe it's here, because I felt like I was talking about it for so many years."

Alba knows that keeping the success of the company going will be a constant battle, but she is determined to keep going until she reaches her ultimate goals.

"The fact that I actually turned an idea into an actual thing, and know the responsibility of trying to maintain and grow that into a legitimate business that's going to be around for hundreds of years, hopefully, that's another thing completely.

"So, you know, it's just one step at a time, chipping away at my goal every day and trying not to get caught up in the challenges and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and moving forward."
