Jay Kotak shares first pic with better half Aditi Arya; Harsh Goenka thanks 'lovely couple' for wonderful ceremonies

Jay Kotak has a new life update, and he announced it on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday night.

The Co-Head of Kotak 811 posted a picture of himself with Aditi Arya, his longtime sweetheart, whom he wed earlier this week. The banking scion pinned the photograph to his profile, with the caption: 07.11.2023 Aditi & Jay, signifying the date on which the two exchanged their vows.



Jay, the son of Uday Kotak who founded the Kotak Mahindra Bank in the early '80s, looked quite the groom in a beige kurta-pajama set with a red safa (headgear).

Arya, looked resplendent in a bridal red lehenga and red-and-white bangles .

Earlier this week, the couple sealed their love story over wedding festivities across Udaipur and Mumbai. Arya's friend, Natasha Grover, who was a part of the wedding festivities, posted on Instagram a few pictures from what she termed a "destination wedding" at the Fateh Prakash Palace in Udaipur. Tagging Kotak and Arya, she congratulated them on a "spectacular wedding" and wished them "a lifetime of love and happiness ahead."

Meanwhile, the Ambanis - Nita and Mukesh - were seen in attendance at a reception held by Kotak in Mumbai on Wednesday. Nita was spotted in a lavender-hued saree, accessorised with diamond jewellery while her husband wore a black bandhgala.

A fan page of the Ambani family on Instagram shared a reel of corporate India's first couple attending the reception at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai. The couple is seen interacting with Uday Kotak, the groom's father.

Kotak Jr is an MBA from Harvard Business School with a BA in History from Columbia University. The Chandigarh-born Arya, on the other hand, graduated from Delhi University's Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. Before entering the world of showbiz, the 29-year-old had a stint as a research analyst with Ernst & Young. She was crowned Miss India World in 2015. Entertainment site IMDb lists '83', 'Ism' and 'Akela' in her filmography.
