Janhvi Kapoor and rumoured beau Shikhar Pahariya spotted praying at Tirupati Balaji temple

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor and her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya were spotted at the iconic Tirupati Balaji Temple at Tirumala (Andhra Pradesh). Both were seen sporting traditional Indian costumes. While the ‘Dhadak’ actress was seen in a flowing green and crimson lehenga, Pahariya was dressed in a pristine white dhoti and red scarf. In a video shared by the news agency ANI, the duo was also accompanied by Kapoor’s younger sister, Khushi. They were seen offering prayers.
According to reports, although the couple had earlier parted ways, they rekindled their relationship in December last year and have been inseparable since. Pahariya is the grandson of the former Maharashtra CM, Sushilkumar Shinde. Shikhar has also been spotted accompanying the Kapoor family at several high-profile events, including the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre launch, this month.

On April 3, the ‘Mili’ actress took to Instagram to wish her rumoured beau a happy birthday. She uploaded a picture of the two on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Happy birthday, Shikhu!”. In the photo, the two can be seen walking hand in hand, their backs turned away from the camera. Last month, Pahariya also wished a warm happy birthday to Kapoor. Sharing one of their couple selfies on his Instagram Stories, he wrote “Happy Birthday” and added a red heart emoji.


On the work front, Kapoor will next be seen in the Nitesh Tiwari directorial ‘Bawaal’ opposite Varun Dhawan. She will also be seen in the rom-com ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’ along with Rajkumar Rao. Aside from this, she will also star in ‘NTR 30’ opposite Jr. NTR. The movie marks her debut in Tollywood (Telugu movie industry). She was last seen in the survival thriller ‘Mili’. Directed by Mathukutty Xavier, ‘Mili’ was an official remake of the 2019 Malayalam movie ‘Helen’. The film premiered on Netflix on December 30, 2022.
