Jaeger-LeCoultre's new watch is also an elegant jewellery piece

Does your woman love a watch that can also masquerade as a piece of jewellery? Well, Jaeger-LeCoultre has revealed Rendez-Vous Ivy Secret, a timepiece that is cleverly disguised. Inspired by a Jaeger-LeCoultre model from the 1960s, the white gold watch showcases the miniaturisation skills of the Grande Maison.

Named after the lush vines of ivy, it dazzles with its studded 304 diamonds. The cover of the watch half opens to allow a glimpse of the time on the dial. Edged with a dainty grain setting, the dial is an ode to the grace of the Métiers Rares.

While the ivy leaves are engraved and painted by hand, the slightly domed cover is encrusted with baguette and marquise cut diamonds that outline the shape of a fl ower. Like a heart, Rendez-Vous Ivy beats to the rhythm of a tiny movement, made possible by Jaeger-LeCoultre's expertise in miniaturisation.
