It’s a starry affair as Rohit Sharma gets hitched to Ritika Sajdeh

Last weekend it was a starry affair as cricketer Rohit Sharma tied the knot with long-time girlfriend Ritika Sajdeh in Mumbai. The cricketer looked dapper in an off-white sherwani. The bride looked radiant in a mint-green lehenga.

Sharma is the fourth cricketer to walk down the aisle this year following in the footsteps of colleagues Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina and Dinesh Karthik.

The wedding, which was a glitzy affair, was held at a five-star hotel in Bandra. In attendance were cricketer Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravindra Jadeja, Suresh Raina and the Ambanis.

Bollywood celebrities like Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha were also in attendance to wish the couple.

Earlier last week, Nita and Mukesh Ambani hosted a party for Harbhajan Singh-Geeta Basra and Rohit Sharma-Ritika Sajdeh which saw full strength from Bollywood and cricket.

Rohit, who endured a tough test series personally and struggled with runs will hope that after the marriage, lady-luck shines on his test career again. Away from the putch, ​He was also named as the co-owner of the Pro Wrestling League team UP Warriors.
