It’s a shoe bite for the palate
It’s not often that you can nibble on a shoe, and one crafted by two masters. When Mumbai’s iconic Taj Mahal Palace decides to host a celebration, it has to be out-of-thebox. To bring in its milestone 110th birthday, the hotel joined hands with shoe couturier Jimmy Choo to host a fashion high tea event for society’s creme de la creme on June 14, where the brand will also unveil its pre-fall 2014 line.

The master chef will also create salmon baguettes inspired by Jimmy Choo’s Zadie bag for guests. “It has been rewarding incorporating the delicate details of this bespoke brand into the flavours of our menu.
