Rumours about the Mallrats actor facing unemployment and possible homelessness gained momentum after he took to X to voice concerns about his professional and living circumstances.

Is Jeremy London homeless? Speculations about the Mallrats star being unemployed and without a home spread like wildfire after the actor expressed fear about his employment and housing after a nasty situation involving his boss on X. “Guys… my boss is going through some kind of mental crisis, and I may be losing my job and home…" he wrote in the post. “This can’t be happening again,” he added.

He also asked X users for a job and said that he would love to have a job aside from acting. “If anyone has a job and a home for me out there, please let me know. I love working a real job on top of acting. I’m a good person. Why does this keep happening to me?? I’m not ok,” he said. He said he had done jobs such as cutting trees, laying stone, and running machinery.

He said the situation had made him unable to breathe, and he was having “zero sleep". One X user expressed dismay and said, “How can this be? You are such a busy actor.” London responded, “I wish this was true. It’s why I try to keep other jobs. Most actors starve otherwise.”

Jeremy London Backtracks

After People magazine posted an article titled 7th Heaven Star Jeremy London Asks for Help Finding a 'Job and Home': 'I'm Not Ok,'" he took to X again, saying that he was not homeless and he had a condo in Florida. He said he was just feeling shocked by the boss’s behaviour and did not want to relocate to Florida.

“I was just in shock from my boss’ behaviour and didn’t want to have to go back to Florida. Jesus, they really have nothing else to report on...' he said.

The actor's latest screen role was in Amityville: Descendants of Darkness, and his IMDb profile indicates 20 upcoming roles in projects including Twilight of the Mallrats and Crypto Heads 2. He is notably known for his television roles, having been a consistent cast member of I'll Fly Away from 1991 to 1993 and Party of Five from 1995 to 2000. He was also part of the 1995 cult comedy movie Mallrats.

London is not the first actor to have asked for help. In September, Jack Haven, known for projects such as Atypical, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, hit headlines when they pleaded for work as they risked not qualifying for the SAG-AFTRA health insurance.
