Katrina Kaif chose black Oscar de la Renta to make a chic debut at the festival, but threw us into flashback to 2013, when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan chose Elie Saab Couture at the Cannes premiere of Inside Llewyn Davis.
Despite the flaming red hair, Kaif came across as a sequel, not the original.
