Inside Yash’s Bengaluru home: Toxic star’s luxurious duplex has golf-course views, Greece-inspired balcony garden and cosy family spaces

Away from the larger-than-life worlds of KGF and Toxic, Yash’s Bengaluru home offers a glimpse of a much more personal side of the actor. Shared with his wife, actor Radhika Pandit, and their children, the duplex combines contemporary interiors with Indian traditions, plenty of greenery and spaces designed for family time. From a Greek-inspired balcony and open social kitchen to a traditional Tulasi Katte and a statement walk-in wardrobe, the home reflects the couple’s personalities and lifestyle.

Yash’s Bengaluru home: A luxurious duplex with a personal touch

Yash and Radhika Pandit moved into their new home in 2021, holding an intimate grihapravesha ceremony attended by close family and loved ones. More recent reports by Moneycontrol place the family’s duplex in North Bengaluru’s upscale Prestige Golfshire area. The property has been estimated by the publication at around Rs 6 crore to Rs 7 crore, although earlier reports have given different estimates.

The location itself adds to the home’s appeal. Prestige Golfshire’s official website says the development sits across 275 acres against the backdrop of Nandi Hills and includes a private lake and an 18-hole championship golf course.

Interior designer helped bring the vision to life

The interiors were designed by fashion stylist and interior designer Saniya Sardhariya, along with Trishul Shetty and Asad Khan. Interestingly, the project began with something much smaller. As per TOI reports Saniya said Radhika initially asked her to design the couple’s master walk-in wardrobe. Having worked with Yash as his wardrobe stylist for around six years, Sardhariya said she already knew the couple’s “vibe”, which helped her take on the larger project.

Modern luxury meets Indian traditions

One of the most interesting things about Yash and Radhika’s home is that it does not lean entirely into modern celebrity-home aesthetics. Sardhariya said the couple wanted a state-of-the-art, technology-driven luxury home, but their Indian roots were equally important. She described them as deeply traditional and said their heritage and culture were incorporated into selected areas of the house.

A standout example is the Tulasi Katte, which Radhika was reportedly “extremely particular” about including despite the home’s contemporary design. According to Sardhariya, the Tulasi Katte was sculpted by temple artisans in Karkala.

The balcony looks like a slice of Greece

If there is one space that immediately catches attention, it is the balcony. Sardhariya told TOI that the team designed it with a Greek vacation feel, using rustic flooring, a central water body and carefully chosen blue accents. The outdoor space also overlooks lush greenery and a golf course. Plants and outdoor seating make it feel less like a formal celebrity residence and more like a relaxed family corner.

An infinity corner to maximise the view

The couple’s preference for open spaces also influenced the architecture. Sardhariya explained that Yash and Radhika wanted openness, so the designers worked with the architects to bring down several walls and create an infinity corner on one of the decks. The idea, she explained, was that “nothing stops your view from this corner”.

The interiors mix stone, metal and statement lighting

The home’s overall aesthetic combines neutral colours with striking details. According to Saniya, the designers used geometric patterns, statement light fixtures, exotic natural stones and different types of veneer. Metal also plays a major role, with gunmetal, rose-gold tones and matte brushed finishes incorporated into the interiors.
