Away from film sets, premieres, and red carpets, the Toxic actress Kiara Advani and her husband Sidharth Malhotra enjoy a quieter hideaway in one of Mumbai's most desirable neighbourhoods. The Bollywood couple live in a sea-facing property in Pali Hill, Bandra West, with wide windows framing the Arabian Sea and modest décor replacing mediocre glamour. Gauri Khan designed the home, which features warm timber finishes, neutral colours, and personal details that offer a glimpse into the couple's life away from the cameras.

According to NDTV, the property has a minimalist design language based on wood, earthy colours, and contemporary décor. Gauri Khan previously described the room to Vogue as a pleasant and welcome escape from hectic shooting schedules. The entry, however, makes a more powerful statement. High ceilings are accented with black-and-white striped wallpaper, and framed posters of Hollywood blockbusters like GoodFellas and Scarface represent Sidharth's love of movies. Vintage-style lanterns, statement lamps and wooden consoles complete the area.

A Living Room Overlooking the Arabian Sea

Natural light plays an important role in the home. Large windows light the living room while providing views of the Arabian Sea. Instead of cluttering the area with ornate furniture, the design incorporates a few standout pieces. The space has a red sofa, patterned pillows, black-and-white accessories, and a walnut treasure-trunk-style table. Indoor plants and framed portraits add colour to the otherwise understated decor.


The dining area continues the same approach. A six-seater wooden table is surrounded by suede chairs and positioned over a geometric beige rug. Suspended lights, a large mirror and a burnt-orange lantern add character to the room.

An All-White Kitchen and Walk-In Wardrobe

The kitchen adopts a cleaner approach, with an almost totally white design. Large windows illuminate the space while affording views of Mumbai's skyline. The bedroom is much gentler, with wooden finishes and dim lighting. One remarkable addition is Kiara's walk-in wardrobe. It has wall-to-wall mirrors to make the area appear larger. Frosted windows let in sunlight while maintaining privacy.

The Balcony May Be the Home’s Biggest Attraction

However, for a Mumbai apartment, one element stands out, the sea-facing balcony. The outdoor space features chairs, elegant mirrors, and a white hammock with unbroken views of the Arabian Sea.

How Much Is Kiara-Sidharth’s Mumbai Home Worth?

According to reports from NDTV, the Pali Hill apartment has an estimated market value of Rs 70 crore to Rs 90 crore. That figure should be treated as a reported estimate rather than a confirmed purchase price or current valuation. Kiara is also reported to own another apartment at Planet Godrej in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi neighbourhood.
