Inside Sonam Kapoor & Anand Ahuja's Delhi home as grandparents welcome baby Vayu

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and her son Vayu with businessman Anand Ahuja recently got a grand welcome at her in-law's Delhi house.
Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old dropped the pictures of her luxurious house, decorated by the Ahujas with love and care.
In her pictures, little Vayu could be seen in his father's arms as Uncle Anant, Mom Sonam and Grandmother Priya Ahuja look at him with love. Vayu’s granddad and Sonam's father-in-law Harish Ahuja also made an appearance in one of the pictures.
Her gratitude post read, "Welcoming our darling Vayu home to Delhi ... This is not an ad or a barter post. This is a thank you for a job exceptionally done and a nod of appreciation to a wonderful team of professionals!"
The entrance to the luxurious house was decorated with potted plants, candles and rose petals. Sonam's IG Stories On entering the house, guests come across a grand staging area with a huge dining table. A massive crystal chandelier graced the centre dining table, decorated with bananas including raw ones, banana leaves, white and pink roses, red rose petals, jasmine flowers, coconuts and pink lotuses, among other things.

To add a royal touch to the table, a silver elephant statue, silver candle stands, silver and brass vases, and silver uruli (a round bowl).
Some pictures also shared a glimpse of the living room which had ivory couches and a glass centre table. According to a report by DNA, the property is spread across 3,170 square yards. The Ahujas bought the mansion in 2015 at Rs 173 crore.

Sonam's parents Sunita and Anil Kapoor dropped multiple red heart emojis in the comments section. Her mother-in-law, Priya Ahuja, also expressed her love for his grandson, Vayu. She wrote, "Loving every moment with Vayu. Can't thank God enough. Full of gratitude & love."
Later, Grandma Ahuja also dedicated a special post to her grandson on Instagram. With a string of images of the green interior, the centre table and family snaps, she penned a sweet note for her grandson on the photo-blogging platform.
"Your roots are the deepest parts of you, so hold onto them and watch everything bloom. What a wholesome day with family and close friends. Grateful beyond words for my cutest sweetest grandson - Vayu - for spreading so much love and joy. Always grateful for my bacchas - Sonam, Anand & Ankit - for making everything so special. And forever grateful for always having my hubby (Harish Ahuja) by my side cherishing & making so many memories," she wrote in her post.
Sonam and Anand welcomed their first child, Vayu, in August 2022 in Mumbai. The couple tied the knot in May 2018 in a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony after dating for several years.
