The spacious layout features large pastel-colored couches, marble-topped tables, and a separate dining area. Large windows bring natural sunlight into the home, complemented by lamps that provide softer ambient lighting.

Ravie and Sargun have reportedly leased a large apartment in Bella Vista, located in Bandra West’s Pali Hill neighbourhood. According to information on Magicbricks, the sea-facing property offers views of the Arabian Sea. Industry buzz has linked the apartment to Aamir Khan, suggesting that the Bollywood actor previously occupied the residence. However, that connection should be treated as a reported claim rather than a confirmed detail.

The lease reportedly includes an annual rent escalation clause, meaning the monthly payment rises each year. By the final year, the couple’s rent is expected to reach approximately Rs 13.37 lakh per month.

From television actors to producers

Ravie Dubey, who is set to play Lakshman in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, and Sargun Mehta have expanded their careers beyond acting into production. Ravie Dubey has built a career spanning acting, modelling, television presenting and production. He became a familiar face through popular family dramas such as Saas Bina Sasural and Jamai Raja, before appearing on reality shows including Nach Baliye 5 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8.

In 2016, Dubey established Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt Ltd, expanding his work behind the camera. The production house has backed television shows such as Udaariyaan, Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan and Tu Juliet Jatt Di, along with Punjabi films including Saunkan Saunkane and Saunkan Saunkanay 2.

Ravi Dubey on playing Lakshmana in Ramayana

Dubey’s next major career milestone is his portrayal of Lakshmana in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film Ramayana: Part 1, scheduled for release in 2026. The role will also mark his debut as a film actor. Speaking to Variety India, Dubey expressed gratitude for the response to the film’s trailer, saying he accepted the love and appreciation with a bowed head. He added that he hoped he had captured the sincerity the character demands.

The actor also acknowledged the responsibility of portraying a figure who has remained in people’s consciousness and hearts for thousands of years. Describing the role as potentially the greatest opportunity of his career so far, he called it one of the greatest honours of his life.

Who else stars in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana?

The film features Ranbir Kapoor as Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita, alongside Dubey as Lakshmana. The ensemble also includes Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Yash as Ravana. Other cast members include Arun Govil as Dasharatha, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, Indira Krishnan as Kaushalya, Sonal Jha as Sumitra, Adinath Kothare as Bharata, Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari and Rakul Preet Singh as Shurpanakha.

Planned as a two-part cinematic saga, the first instalment is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 5, while the second part is slated for Diwali 2027.
