Ajinkya Rahane is a man of taste. Don’t believe us? Well, then you must not have heard about his sprawling holiday retreat in the town of Igatpuri, located approximately 120 km from Mumbai. The luxury property was built during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, providing Rahane and his family - wife Radhika Dhopavkar and kids Aarya and Raghav - a quiet escape in nature. The villa, RAAYA Estate, is nestled amid the lush green Sahyadri mountains, overlooking the pristine Vaitarna Lake. Guests can book the space for a tranquil stay here.

Ajinkya Rahane’s holiday home comprises 5 king-size bedrooms, as per Airbnb. Double doors in a muted blue shade offer a welcoming vibe at the central entryway. The lion-head knockers steal the show. Meanwhile, the living room is divided into 2 sections, featuring earthy-toned walls, comfortable sofas, and warm lighting.

The bedroom is painted in soft pastels - baby pink, beige, white, brown and blues. Each of the 5 rooms is attached to a private balcony that opens to unobstructed views of the verdant hills. But one of the most special spaces is Ajinkya’s cricket memorabilia room, which documents his cricket career.
