At the event, Adani Group announced a Rs 11,500 crore expansion of their Udipi power plant while Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group is to set up Dhirubhai Ambani Centre for Technology and Innovation in aerospace at Bengaluru.

While the homegrown IT success story and Infosys emeritus Murthy requested the State government to "make the city liveable", Tata said the state has the "human capital".
