IndiGo's Aditya Ghosh never went to IIM, but believes hard work always pays off
The IndiGo president told the IIM students that failure is the biggest teacher and there are no shortcuts to success.

The social media savvy IndiGo president shared pictures from his address on social media with a post — “While I never went to a business school and was never good enough to be at one of the IIMs, now I can sneakily boast to have been a part of an IIM convocation.” Ghosh’s apparent nonperformance on the academic front was a theme that found a mention even in the address, when he reportedly said, “I was never a bright student in my academics but I always tried putting my heart and soul into my work.”
Despite the troubles that have bogged the airline in the recent past, Ghosh’s stature as a successful airline boss continues. So when the 36-year old Ghosh said that failures are the biggest teacher and that there is no shortcuts to success, motivation was guaranteed.
