Indians too tall for for motorcycle racing, says Dorna Sports CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta
Empirical evidence would suggest that Indians aren't a nationality known for towering over others. So, wonder be upon us, that finally we've lost out on an opportunity for being too tall.

On Monday, Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO Dorna Sports and the force behind MotoGP (the Grand Prix for motorcycle racing) discussed the potential of this sport.

When quizzed if any Indian bikeriders had ever tried their hand at racing, he said, "Last year, for the Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup, we did get a few entries. But unfortunately, they were too tall."

How tall is that — roughly 5 feet and 9 inches. Aspiring racers remember, they like them short, young and daring. Any takers?
