Linking an article by New York Eater which states that Paul Downie will be working as director of operations for the Big Apple branch.

It would seem that Downie is just right for the job — after all, he is currently working at Eleven Madison Park, that was named among the best restaurants in the US this year and which serves contemporary American food. Perhaps, he’ll also bring to Indian Accent the experience he’s had from being a part of the Zuma and Heston Blumenthal restaurants in London. Tiny aside — Downie is fluent in Japanese and Spanish. Hindi might be next in line.
