In the age of filters and editing apps, looking 'less-than-perfect' needs to be normalised
Beauty standards pave the way for insecurities.

The self-doubt caused by this inadequacy in the beauty department may also cause eating and substance disorders. In today’s age of social media, where photoshop and other editing apps greatly enhance or change a person’s looks, looking different and looking less-than-perfect need to be normalised. We are not dolls or robots, we are humans. Asymmetrical faces are charming. Plus sized bodies and big noses are gorgeous.
Skin with acne is normal. Do not let society describe beauty standards for you. You are beautiful irrespective of how you look, what you wear and where you come from. If you are a subject of small talk, be rest assured it comes from small minds. Your radiance has gotten them blind, you need not change to fit their small minds.
